- provide independent advice and guidance on learning and development options;
- provide full support to candidates registering on an NVQ by email, telephone and up to four assessor visits;
- provide full documentation to each candidate to enable presentation and assessment of the NVQ;
- provide clear advice and guidance on sources of candidate evidence and portfolio building for assessment;
- endeavour to return candidate submissions within two working days following receipt electronically;
- manage the internal and external verification of the candidate's Portfolio;
- make all claims for certification and dispatch certificates to employer/candidate.
