 Austin Hargreaves FCIOB (CASL Assessor)Austin commenced work in the Construction Industry in March 1965 as a Trainee Plumbing Estimator/Designer, working for an established building and civil engineering company in Manchester. Since that time Austin has been employed continuously. His roles have included Contracts Manager, Chief Estimator, Senior Lecturer Construction, Area Manager and National On-Site Assessment and Training Manager for the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). He qualified as an Assessor in 2007 and is currently assessing Construction Managers as a peripatetic assessor. He established Austin Hargreaves Consultancy - a Chartered Building Consultancy in 2005 focussing on qualifying adults in the Construction Workforce. Austin became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building in 1974 and then a Fellow in 1995. |
