Duncan joined the team on the formation of the CASL TMS partnership to represent TMS (www.tmsconsultancy.co.uk). This is a partnership was formed between CASL Management Development and TMS Consultancy, to offer National Transportation Qualifications at Levels 3, 4, and 5 through the Open University Awarding Body. Duncan has over 25 years' experience in the field of Road Safety Engineering. Prior to joining TMS Duncan worked for Warwickshire county council as the Team Leader of the Accident Reduction Unit and has six years transport planning experience. At TMS and previously at Warwickshire County Council Duncan gained valuable experience in the investigation, design and monitoring of accident remedial schemes, including cluster sites, route studies, and traffic calming schemes. He is also the Course Director of the TMS/RoSPA Road Safety Course and an NVQ assessor. At TMS Duncan has delivered over 200 training courses covering all aspects of traffic engineering, and has extensive experience of delivering training and carrying out Road safety Projects overseas in Belgium and Republic of Ireland. |
