Fiona Birch (Centre Co-ordinator)

Fiona is the newest member of the team having joined CASL in July 2011.

She has a BA(Hons) in Business Studies and for a number of years provided administration for her husband’s property development business.

Prior to this, her experience is in Marketing Administration and Account Management having worked for The Joseph Rowntree Foundation in York for seven years in the Communications department. She also worked for one of the UK’s largest Sage Resellers, in Sales Administration and Events. Here she developed a special interest in Contact Management software screen design training and support.

Her role is that of client liaison and the provision of administrative support for CASL’s clients and candidates.
