NVQs With CASL Management Training
Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)?
The NVQs, together with a pass at the appropriate level of Health & Safety test, will allow the candidate to apply for the correct level of CSCS card. An NVQ at Level 3 will get the Gold card, the NVQ Level 4 will get the Platinum card, and the NVQ Level 5 will get the Black card.
NVQs are not only beneficial to the candidate. They have been shown to improve the business performance of the employer by having a trained, competent workforce who are able to objectively view their own, and others', work activities and operate in a professional manner.
