The Induction Process

Each candidate is given help in starting off on the NVQ, the assessor will meet with him/her to explain how to present the portfolio and gather the evidence. There is a common tendency to collect too much and through this process only appropriate evidence is presented avoiding considerable waste of effort and resources.
